This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using the Hibi platform. This AUP is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all users of the Service.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to create, distribute, or facilitate content that is:
- Illegal under any applicable jurisdiction
- Harmful, abusive, or threatening to any individual or group
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
- Defamatory, libelous, or slanderous
- Obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit
- Discriminatory or promoting hatred based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic
- Promoting violence, self-harm, or terrorism
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Containing malware, phishing links, or other security threats
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Send spam or unsolicited communications of any kind
- Harass, stalk, or intimidate any person
- Impersonate another person, organization, or government entity
- Distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious software
- Conduct phishing or social engineering attacks
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service for other users
- Scrape, mine, or extract data from the Service without authorization
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission
- Circumvent usage limits, security measures, or access controls
3. Campaign Rules
When conducting outbound call campaigns or WhatsApp messaging campaigns, you must:
- Obtain consent: Have documented prior consent from each recipient before initiating contact
- Honor opt-outs: Immediately honor any request to stop receiving communications and maintain a suppression list
- Identify the caller: Clearly identify yourself or your business at the beginning of each interaction
- Respect time restrictions: Only contact recipients during legally permissible hours in their timezone
- Provide accurate caller ID: Display a valid, non-spoofed caller ID or phone number
- Limit frequency: Do not excessively contact the same recipient
- Maintain records: Keep records of consent, opt-outs, and campaign activity
- Disclose AI use: Where required by law, disclose that the caller is an AI agent
4. Consequences of Violations
Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion:
- Warning notification
- Temporary suspension of your account or specific features
- Immediate and permanent termination of your account
- Removal of offending content or agents
- Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities
- Reporting to regulatory bodies (FCC, ICO, CNIL, etc.)
- Legal action to recover damages
We reserve the right to take immediate action without prior notice in cases of severe violations that pose imminent harm.
5. Monitoring and Review
We reserve the right to monitor, review, and analyze use of the Service to:
- Ensure compliance with this AUP and our Terms of Service
- Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security threats
- Respond to legal requirements and law enforcement requests
- Protect the rights, property, and safety of our users and the public
- Improve and maintain the quality of the Service
Monitoring may include automated analysis of call patterns, content review of agent configurations, and investigation of reported concerns.
6. Reporting Abuse
If you believe someone is violating this AUP or using the Service in a harmful manner, please report it to us:

- Include as much detail as possible: the phone number involved, date and time, nature of the violation, and any evidence
We investigate all reports and take appropriate action. Reports can be submitted anonymously.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
